Trust us to lighten your load as we care for your little ones with heart and professionalism. DISCLAIMER: A full session plan will be created for each booking and sent to the child’s guardian in advance. The guardian is responsible for reviewing the plan and confirming it, or requesting any changes, before the session begins.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If unforeseen circumstances require the service to end before the scheduled time, the care provider reserves the right to charge a maximum of 50% of the scheduled service fee, unless alternative payment arrangements were agreed upon in advance. A deposit for the selected service is required and must be paid in full before your booking can be confirmed. After reviewing your request, we'll send over a deposit link. Your service will be officially confirmed once the deposit is paid. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy or our services, please reach out to Malaysia.
