Support may include grocery shopping, pharmacy runs, pickups and drop-offs, light organizing, appointment accompaniment, and other day-to-day to-dos tailored to your needs. Service is flexible, discreet, and designed around your routine—with clear communication and care you can count on. DISCLAIMER: All responsibilities and expectations for the service must be clearly documented or communicated in advance to ensure you are assisted properly and according to your preferences.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If unforeseen circumstances require the service to end before the scheduled time, the care provider reserves the right to charge a maximum of 50% of the scheduled service fee, unless alternative payment arrangements were agreed upon in advance. A deposit for the selected service is required and must be paid in full before your booking can be confirmed. After reviewing your request, we'll send over a deposit link. Your service will be officially confirmed once the deposit is paid. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy or our services, please reach out to Malaysia.
